    No, if you are interested in the configuration options, contact us via one of the forms on the website and we will send you a document with the details.
  • Who assembles and installs the product after delivery?
    In every case, our colleagues will carry out all the steps from assembly to installation, answer any questions you may have and, if necessary, demonstrate and teach you how to use the equipment correctly.
  • Can I configure the product in terms of built-in devices, materials and colours?
    Yes, after placing your order, we will send you a detailed document with the optional accessories, colours, materials and the necessary landscaping preparations.
  • I'm not sure if Savory would work in my garden or on my terrace. How can I find out for sure?
    To make sure Savory can be used on your property, get in touch with our colleagues who can help you decide on feasibility, even with an on-site survey.
  • Where do we ship our product?
    Within Europe we deliver to all countries, but of course delivery times may vary depending on the location. We currently do not ship overseas.
  • Will the product be delivered together or will it be assembled on site?
    Normally, we opt for on-site assembly, to avoid craning and other difficult conditions. Product assembly takes approximately 8 hours on site by our colleagues.
  • Is delivery and assembly included in the price?
    No, shipping and assembly are not included in the price, as different shipping options and conditions may vary from country to country, so it will be calculated separately in each case.
  • How long is the delivery time?
    Typical delivery time is 8 weeks from the time the order is placed.
